Minute Taker for Trustee Meetings
The charity that is responsible for Wycombe Museum (Wycombe Heritage & Arts Trust) is looking for an individual to take and produce minutes for the organisation’s monthly Trustee Board meetings. These meetings take place mid-month on a Monday evening from 5pm to 7pm and are held at the Museum’s Castle Hill site (HP13 6PX), with the facility for Trustees to dial in via Zoom if necessary. Commitment would be around 4 hours per month to attend the meeting and produce minutes, for which we would pay a small fee.
Applicants should be experienced minute takers, ideally but not essentially within the not-for-profit sector. An interest in the heritage of Wycombe would also be desirable.
