“I bought this chair when I was 20. I was told it was a very comfortable chair and would help my damaged spine. It did indeed help and was a great comfort during my years of recuperation. I have always loved this chair and have had it re-covered twice as the fabric and seating wore out. It is still my favourite chair in which to sit in front of the log fire, in the winter with a glass of port in hand.

For those who are not familiar with this chair, it was manufactured by G Plan and marketed as “The Most Comfortable Chair in the World”. It certainly is, and I love it!”
