Long ago, Prospero dedicated his life to the study of magic, and paid the price for his devotion. Usurped of his dukedom and banished to a remote island with his infant daughter Miranda, he vowed to have his revenge. Now, many years later, the opportunity has finally come. Summoning a storm, Prospero brings a ship carrying those who usurped him crashing to the shore, where a magical reckoning awaits… 

This new take on Shakespeare’s classic play is produced by Buckinghamshire’s award-winning in-house storytelling company, Unbound.

Performance starts 1:30pm.

This performance will be outside. You’re welcome to bring your own chair or picnic blankets to sit on to watch the performance. We will also have some folding chairs available for visitors to use.

This performance will go ahead in the event of moderate wet weather.

The Museum cafe will be open throughout the performance.
