How to be More Resilient: Action For Happiness Bucks

Saturday 7 September | 10am – 1pm


Join us as we explore resilience to understand what it is, reflect on our own levels of resilience and learn some practical ways to boost our resilience, so we can better withstand the demands of modern life and be happier. Resilience is recognised by AfH as one of the 10 Keys to Happier Living – it’s a key life skill.

Toddler Yoga Course (6 week)
Saturdays 28 September – 2 November | 9.45 – 10.45am

Come and have fun whilst introducing your little one to the wonderful world of Yoga! This six week course includes yoga-inspired movement and exercise as well as singing, stories,treasure baskets and sensory play. It is a perfect way for the two of you to reconnect at the end of a busy week and reap the amazing physical, emotional and wellbeing benefits of Yoga!

All equipment is provided and no previous yoga experience required.
Suitable for babies from toddling upwards. Course is structured over six weeks to ensure you and your little ones get the maximum benefit:

Pregnancy Yoga Course (6 week)
Saturdays 28 September – 2 November | 11.15 – 12.30pm

Breathe. Relax. Connect. A six week Pregnancy Yoga course, which includes yoga-inspired movement and exercise as well as breathing, relaxation and mindfulness. It’s a wonderful way to nurture your body and prepare your mind for the birth of your baby.
All equipment is provided and no previous yoga experience required. Suitable from 14 weeks gestation onwards.
The course is structured over six weeks to ensure you get the maximum benefit.
